What is Saw Palmetto?

Saw Palmetto is a small palm native to the subtropical South-Eastern United States. It is also known by the common names ‘Dwarf Palmetto’ or ‘Old Man’s Friend'.

Saw Palmetto is rich in fatty acids and phytosterols. It has been widely used in several forms of traditional medicine. American Indians used the fruit for food and to support a wide variety of urinary issues. Saw Palmetto extract is often included in products which have been formulated for male wellbeing.

Zinc

Natures Aid Saw Palmetto Complex also contains 7.5mg Zinc per tablet.

Zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and to normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Each Saw Palmetto Complex tablet provides:

160mg Saw Palmetto Berry Extract.

50mg Nettle Leaf Extract.

7.5mg Zinc.

0.5mg Copper.

26.25mg L-Glutamic Acid.

11.25mg Glycine.

5mg L-Alanine.

Pumpkin Seed Extract equivalent to 12.5mg dried seed.
