Natures Aid Iron Bisglycinate tablets provide 14mg Iron per daily dose of one tablet, with Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, and Vitamins C as Ester-C, to support the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Iron Bisglycinate is a non-constipating, easily absorbed, form of iron.

Iron

The body contains approximately 4g of iron, over half of which is contained in the oxygen carrying pigment haemoglobin. It is required for the transportation and utilisation of oxygen, the healthy development of all tissues and the correct function of the brain and immune system.

Anaemia caused by lack of iron in the diet is one of the most common nutrient deficiencies in the Western World. Iron deficiency can cause a host of unpleasant symptoms, including tiredness, shortness of breath, pallor and poor resistance to infection.

Suitable for Vegans

Direction for use: Take 1 tablet per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. This product contains Iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children.
